We take pride in providing high-quality live fish to our customers. We guarantee that all live fish purchased from our store will arrive healthy.
In the event that a live fish purchased from our store does not survive the first week from purchase date, we will provide a replacement fish of equal value or a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for the guarantee, the customer must:
1 Notify us within one week of receiving the fish if there are any issues or concerns about its health or well-being.
2 Provide a clear photograph of the fish in the original shipping bag, showing the fish's condition at the time of delivery.
3 Provide a clear photograph of the fish outside of the bag, showing the fish's condition after it has been acclimated to the aquarium.
