*Note* : From the date Bettas become available in store, any Betta purchased through the website for in store pickup must be picked up within a week. Failure to do so may result in only a 50% refund (Hold Deposit), and the fish to be placed back available for others to purchase.

We had to implement this rule because very nice bettas were being placed on hold, just for the buyer to pickup multiple weeks later. This can sometimes cause the fish to deteriorate because they are held in small containers. It is best to pick up the fish as soon as possible and place them in their larger homes. We would hate to see a beautiful specimen go to waste in a small jar!
